CNC Plate and Pipe Engraving
As an alternative to plasma cutting, engraving is a unique way to showcase certain details in projects, or mark specific features for fabrication. Any design can be engraved onto plate or pipe.
GTAW (TIG) Welding
TIG welding, although a slower welding process than MIG welding, opens the windows to allow almost any metal to be welded. The most common metals welded with this process are, but not limited to, steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
CNC Photo-eye Tracing
With this service a desired design or piece can be drawn onto a white background with a marker, then the Photoeye attachment will trace said marker line. This image will be made into a file suitable for the CNC software to read and cut with incredible precision. With this capability, anyone can design their own piece.
Design
We offer basic design services to aid our customers in envisioning their project. We utilize a couple different programs, such as AutoCad (3D) and Inkscape (2D), to accomplish projected images for various jobs.
